All items appearing on the site are currently in stock. Goods will be despatched within 2 working days of receipt of order. All goods will be despatched using a reputable courier and a signature will be required

Unworn boxed items may be returned so long as they are received within 28 days of the order date. They may be exchanged directly for another pair, or a voucher will be issued to the value of the shoes. Direct exchanges of goods will be sent free of postal charges. If you donīt find anything else you like or you donīt want a store credit we will refund the price of the goods direct to your credit card. Please let us know your preference.

Customers need to be aware that we can't accept responsibility for goods lost when returning them:- for this reason we suggest the customer uses some form of courier service where a signature is required upon delivery.

Whilst shipping to the customer is free of charge, the customer pays the shipping to return unwanted goods. First exchanges of goods will be shipped back to the customer free of charge.
